Siemens S7 License Keys

The license key is the technical representation (an electronic "license stamp") of
alicense to use software.

SIEMENS AG issues a license key for all of its software that is protected by a
license. When the computer has been started, such software can only be used in
accordance with the applicable license and terms of use after the presence of a
valid license key has been verified.


License Keys can be stored and transferred in various types of storage
devices as below:
• In key diskettes
• In local hard disk
• On network hard disk
If software products don't have license, you can then determine which license key is needed and order it as required.

Note: You can move License Keys from one storage device to other device by Automation License manager software.
